Power of Focus!

We all know the magnifying glass, don’t we?

We know about the amazing power of this magnifying glass, right? No, I’m not talking about the power of this glass to make small objects look much bigger. I’m talking about its special power to start a fire by concentrating sunlight. If you just move the magnifying glass, nothing will happen. But if you keep it fixed in one place, a fire will start there. Do you know why? This magnifying glass focuses and unites all the surrounding sunlight. And then the fire starts.

This is the power of focus.

Now, let’s listen to a story!

Once, a coach called all his players to the green room. His purpose was to conduct a fun experiment. He placed two chairs facing each other in the green room, leaving a little distance between them. Then he placed a wooden plank in the space between the two chairs. The fun test was that all the players had to cross this plank and move from one chair to the other. Everyone passed the test quite comfortably. When the coach asked how the experience was, they said it was quite fun. Then the coach threw a tough question. He asked if they could do it if they were asked to cross a plank from the roof of one of the two 50-story buildings facing each other. Would they be able to do it? The players unanimously said no. According to them, it was impossible, and at the same time, it was risky. Now the coach told the truth. He said that during the chair test, the goal of all the players was to see who could comfortably move from one chair to the other as quickly as possible. So they succeeded in that. On the other hand, as soon as they heard “the roof of the 50-story building,” everyone’s focus shifted to falling. And that’s why everyone fell.

The truth is that wherever we focus, the result will be the same. If you focus on positivity, life will become much easier. And if you do the opposite, the result will be the same.

So, try to reflect the focus not only in your work but also in your thinking. You will see that your life has turned around.
